You are logged in, edit article and want to add image. When you click on Image button at the bottom of the WYSIWYG editor you will see well-known popup.

If you want to change directory to someone else then root -> nothing happens. Firebug reports JS error.

I have noticed this on 2 my joomla instances (joomla 2.5.4) and official default demo at http://demo.opensourcecms.com/joomla/ has same issue.
