Additional Extensions (Components, Modules, Plug ins): ZigChat, JSMF.

Custom Development: Some CSS tweaking, a new logo.

The concept is sound and now as of last night the design is also.  Looks like it is coming along.  Just need a few more members.  Any other advice greatly appreciated also.
