Template: Custom Designed & Developed

Extensions: Mosets Hot Property (component as well as many of their modules), Transmenu.

Powe Property wanted a new look and functionality for their website after changing the name of the business. They already had a design that they wanted, but needed it to work in Joomla.

The tough part about this project was preserving the client's design while providing all the functionality they needed. Because of this we ended up using Mosets Hot Property, but we also had to heavily modify various components and modules to serve Powe Property's needs.

The main thing I would like to have feedback on in relation to this site is functionality and intuitiveness when it comes to browsing the pages utilising Hot Property ("Buy" -> "Properties for Sale"). If you've browsed sites using Hot Property before, or developed with Hot Property yourself, I'd love to hear some more detailed feedback about how you think we've done with it.

Very nice layout! Intuitive and uncluttered. I like the menu system. Is that a suckerfish menu? I would like to get it for my site.
Thanks
