Welcome to Joomla forum!

You have to configure that in your layout template's CSS file(s).

Some fonts are available on all different computers (Linux, Apple, Windows) like: arial, times new roman, courier.
Or you could use an external font like https://www.google.com/fonts

You can change the font attribute through the CSS file template. Or you can go to the plugin manager, choose Editor - TinyMCE. See the Basic Options, under that, change the Functionality to Extended. This will allow you to change the font color, size etc. using all the tools in the editor.
