New to Joomla...where do I find these files to edit?

I need to SEO Indiancreektattoo.com and I can not find the contact page anywhere, it is not under "articles" and the actual "contact form contains only the form elements.
I wish to change the bold white title "Contact US - Indian Creek Tattoo Lounge in Miami Beach Shop"
Expert at wordpress... but this is almost like learning a new language!

If you want to change the text of the heading you will need to edit the contact details. Go to Components -> Contacts -> Contacts and spot this particular contact by the title. You may edit the title of the contact in the Contact tab. Do not forget to set the alias, too!

One more suggestion about SEO : you should enable SEF URLs and URL rewriting, to achieve better results.

Did you visit the page to see what I was referring to?
I followed your instructions and there are NO contacts or titles there at all... there is an additional contact plugin and when I visit that link the title and information there does NOT contain any of the wording mentioned in the heading... therefore, I cant edit it still...

Look at the Menu Item in Menu Manager and see what type it is.

checking the menu item type I get this
"Component 'com_aicontactsafe' does not exist"

the page AND the contact form work exactly like they are supposed to!

Do you have "aicontactsafe" in the Components Menu?

Try to do a Change Type on the Menu Item and reselect the type.

I actually went into the database and found this in the menu entry and changed the line in there, not the way it was supposed to, but I got it done
