customize email validation

I need to customize the email sent to the user ( that validation link) after user registration on the site
In that file should I move?
I have to change a lot, just move on no further language, I believe I need to move in sending routines even

Can you explain why you think that you need to modify the email sending functions?

I need to put links to payment, explanations on the use, if possible colorful boxes, logo, some 30 lines in total.

Then use a language override but not sure if html will be recognised. Perhaps use a 3rd party extension.
