Show random image and link the image

I would like an extention to show a random image when the page load (no slider/carrousel), i would like to link every image to a specific URL.

This is not possible with the standaard 'random image' module of Joomla (this links all the images which are shown random.

How about trying to utilize the banner function to do this.
it allows for a different link for each banner, and allows you to pull up random banners.

It is a little more to set up, but I think it will do what I think you are asking here.
