I am looking for a good template different from the original? Can somebody guide me to the right place please?

There are several sites that offer Joomla! templates both for free as well as for a fee.

Review of the discussion viewtopic.php?f=428&t=418599&p=1761660#p1761660 and you would find some links for the templates.

You could also review templates at http://resources.joomla.org/directory/extension-providers/templates.html.

As more companies are publishing templates, suggest searching the web.

This has lot of templates. Let me check it. Does any of the template help you to change the logo and favicon by any chance? Like drupal does?

Actually I am looking for a particular theme something exactly like http://marinelli.netsons.org/ - This is used on drupal theme. I couldn't find the same on Joomla! :(
