Sending an email from my website/client entered to my email

I have a client who wants to have a box where people can enter their email address and then click send and it will be sent to the my client's inbox.

I know how to link the "Click Send" button - but how do I make a box where people can enter their email address and then when they click send that email address that they have entered will disappear and go to my client's inbox.

They don't want to use the contact form.

Hmmm?
