Book Publishing in Joomla 2.5??

Can anyone steer me toward an example of a book being published using JOOMLA? I have about 188 chapters and about 50 picture groupings for a family history. I want this to be just one of several books published on this site. . .

Trying to figure if I make each chapter a menu item and then how best to navigate between chapter. . May have to write something in php to handle a dynamic chapter menu. But wondering if someone has already solved this problem.
