Changes to front end not working.

I recently migrated from 1.5 to 2.5 almos everything works fine. Im using the template zypher from rockettheme. Now my rok mods aren't showing up and any change to the front won't take effect. Not sure if this is a simple oversite on my part due to me not knowing 2.5 well or what. Mainly my rokintroscroller just displays all images in a block and not scrolling and my rokstories wont show up. I've tried going to those to edit them but they don't show up in the extensions. Not sure what to do. I would hate to have to delete everything and start over. Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks!
