I'd posted about this previously, but still haven't been able to solve the problem. viewtopic.php?f=615&t=711535

Essentially, I have all of my writers (Users) linked to a Contact, which is in turn linked to a "single contact" menu item, in a menu called contributors.

So if you click on "John Smith" in the contributors menu, you see John Smith's contact page, at www.mysite.com/john .
If you click on "By John Smith" on one of John's articles (author name linked), you see the same contact page (yay!) but with the wrong address (boo.), www.mysite.com/component/contact/contact/9-john-smith. Also it treats it as a different page in that modules that are supposed to show up on mysite.com/john don't show up on mysite.com/component/contact/contact/9-john-smith.

Any way to make the author's by-line ("By John Smith") link to the correct menu item?
