Fatal error: Class 'JParameter' not found

Fatal error: Class 'JParameter' not found in /home/content/67/9377467/html/plugins/system/cdfacl/cdfacl.php on line 64

Hi guys i'm currently facing this problem and it's preventing my site from loading and inside my admin control panel it kept showing this msg in a yellow box (CDFACL_ACLFOLDER_EMPTY
) please help me solve my issues and really really thanks a million !

Hello Klvin,

1#. I think, You are using upper version of joomla. (>Joomla 1.5) and your plugin is not compatible with your joomla version. ;)
2#. Its a notice If it's showing in yellow box "CDFACL_ACLFOLDER_EMPTY". ( I don't have idea about this notice.... :( Can you please let me know your joomla version and installed extensions name?? :pop )
