Hello i am new to Joomla ;) ,,,i lately started using FIREFILE as a way to make quick changes on my template simply because i dont know that much about coding stuffs in Joomla,, :-[ ,,,anyway ,,,i have a problem in saving changes / FILE PERMISSION / ,,, i wish you guys could tell me how to fix this issue ,,,at least some tips ,,where can i set the CSS files themselves to be writable by php/apache in JOOMLA ,,,,thanks

You can access the CSS directly via the template manager. Otherwise, you need access to your host's file manager or FTP to change the permissions. I would just copy/paste via the Joomla Backend Template manager.
