Using the {loadposition} is a lifesaver to get modules into articles and give you a ton of design freedom. However, I've noticed that it causes a W3C error as the editors add a stray <p> tag. I see that some people were working on a patch once upon a time:

Wondering if anyone ever solved this issue? Ideally a successful fix I would think would be integrated into core?
