Memeber Login - that directs access to page.

How can I ask people to create an account with Member Login that directs them to an article / page? I created the article / page and the member Login has the correct link. The article page is also published.

The article / page is fine if I attach it to a menu, but then I lose the option and the person can go directly to the article without creating an account.

Alternatives would be appreciated as well if their is a better method for accomplishing.

In the menu item pointing to that page, ensure that the access is granted to "Registered" only.
