Setting up a static page

Hi, i am new to joomla and I have been trying to create a static page one with an iframe. Is there any tutorial out there or something that I can use to accomplish this?

Joomla can easily link to a non-Joomla page...
Just make the page and upload it to the server.

Make a menu item of type wrapper to have an iframe.

If your new to Joomla I highly recommend you install it with the dummy content, its a great way of learning the basics in no time at all.

where can i get the dummy content because I have the site installed and i got the page up that i need but it still does

I get this error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

One page is working, that page was there already I duplicated the page and i still get the same error.
www.limecircuit.com and its two links under the drop menu that I am having trouble with
