Hi, I am unable to update joomla updates via quick icon, it shows 10 updates available but shows an error that says copy failed. I have checked all the permissions, all is ok.
Would appreciate your help. With this I also need to let you know that I am not a developer but the owner of this site www.ukasiaonline.com so please explain the solution step by step so I can follow. Else I would be happy to share my admin detail.

Right, here it is...I am using joomla 2.5
