Image rotator not working properly

There is an image rotator at front page, while loading, you can see the all the pictuers coming with mix up and loading slowly (atleast that showing to me) and the pictures are just mixing up , despite there is good time in rotating picture. You can notice that, the style the page is loading and displaying first time is not looking good, what wrong

I am not sure whether I am seeing that only due to slow connection, How can i load it normally.

you can make preloader on page
put black layer on the top(z-index=100000)
and when document.load disable that layer
