How to add navigation bar

I was wondering how to add the following navigation bar to a page. I can't seem to find how to do it.

I am talking about the grey navigation bar that links home to your previous pages

There is no attachment, so don't know what you're asking about.

Navigation and menus (including things like 'breadcrumbs') are usually modules (available in the Joomla Extension Directory). Whether any are exactly what you want, I don't know.
