How to change website URL in XAMPP?

I'm doing a website, but perhaps when clicking the link on the web, they must be localhost/webname/post but it is localhost/xampp

By far the easiest way is when deploying it from your localhost to a live hosting area, use Akeeba backup to create an installable version and then use Akeeba Kickstart to deploy it: https://www.akeebabackup.com/videos/121 ... erver.html

The general the URL are based on your folder structure, for example:

htdocs
- site1 (folder inside htdocs folder)
will be: localhost/site1

Or you can create a Virtual Host:
