My Php error!

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: open(/tmp/sess_fe1188b2890e445d48cd2dcb6466d235, O_RDWR) failed: Permission denied (13) in /home/a1516759/public_html/libraries/joomla/session/session.php on line 537
I have this on my page when i'm uploaded joomla(2.5) on my website. I have installation,but when i select language,that didnt work,just loading....

Please help me! :'( :'(

Why did you choose to install Joomla 2.5? Joomla 2.5 is end-of-life since December 2014 and no longer supported with patches.

Could you try to install the latest Joomla version instead? Joomla 3.5.1

bcs my host dont have good php version for 3.5v... Can u help me,and can i solve this problem with php version for joomla 3.5?

A secure website starts with a secure base.
I recommend to choose a hosting company that uses safe software,
like a recent PHP version: http://php.net/supported-versions.php
