Goodbye

Post by goff820 » Thu Feb 24, 2022 10:40 pm

I have loved Joomla for years. Ran into some PHP issues recently that I tried to adjust for and haven't been able to resolve. So, I tried to re-do things with Joomla 4. I HATE everything about it. So disappointed. I'm done with Joomla and will be looking to rebuild with another CMS. I can't understand why developers always want to screw with things that are already perfect.

Sorry to hear that, but you could give us chance to look at those PHP issues. Give it a try!

Many things can be implemented in PHP code in different ways and some of those ways and methods become deprecated with later versions of PHP like PHP 7.4 and even more in PHP 8.
