Strange black box and code showing

Having a issue with my site it starts with a black box and when you scroll down it shows coding

several time on each page.

Also I am not sure what is going on as now I am unable to sign on my account, could there be a hacking issue? and how do I fix all of this?

It might be that your host updated your server and your new PHP setting is more restrictive. Disable error reporting (set it to None) and see if the problem still exists (you might want to delete Joomla's cache).

im not able to sing in my website? any idea how I fix this? I know I am using the correct one I think it got hacked!?
