Are you happy with the site load speed now? I see you have improved it, your screenshot shows 20 seconds and now it is less than 5 seconds.

We are trying to make sure our Joomla! based sites run a lot faster, including our recently launched Miami branch. We've got that site to load in less than 4 seconds and we are trying a number of other techniques with our corporate site - which we hope to launch the new version of shortly.

I suggest people read Google's performance guidelines, Yahoo's performance guidelines, this article on hosting images on a subdomain and this site speed for seo article.

I ran through your site using a number of tools:

The big things I see are a number of image files (could you put them in a single sprite file?) and multiple .js/.css files (could you combine them into one of each to reduce HTTP requests?)

There were 95 requests, you should try to get that to less than 15 if possible, the less the better.
