no vote displayed when activating general cache

Hi my blog as a lot of external call but with the cache activated its seem to be more correct, i have played with all cache on the blog,

but if i put the system cache the vote is accepted but NOT displayed,

i use ja purity and the template cache is also desactivated and i have stopped the cache plugins,

i have read that it seem possible to disable caching for certain module or plugin but i dont found the options

i'm running 2.5.4,
