Memcache vs Virtual Domain, Sub Domain?

Server: CentOS 6.x 64bit, Apache 2, MySql: 5.5.31, PHP 5.3.26 and Alternative PHP Cache and MemCache

When I Turn On Global Cache with MemCache.. And Access URL none Sef it is OK .. But Access Vitual domain and Subdomain .. It is not OK.. The Result Cache is False ..
