Translate numaric char/string value

Is there a way to translate joomla numaric srting value?
hav installed Bengali language pack and this is the result
example: সোমবার, 25 আগস্ট 2014
what i want to do is: সোমবার, ২৫ আগস্ট ২০১৪

utf8 figures may show if entered in text, not from sql/php date

Is there any extension to make the numbers(date/lists) native language? What i mean is....a extension will not read numbers form default location of DB but will have table to store native language string?
