JInstaller: :Install: Error SQL DB function failed with error number 1060
Duplicate column name 'ordering' SQL=ALTER TABLE `JhGbS64_languages` ADD COLUMN `ordering` int(11) NOT NULL default 0 AFTER `published`;
SQL =
ALTER TABLE `#__languages` ADD COLUMN `ordering` int(11) NOT NULL default 0 AFTER `published`;
Files Update: SQL error file DB function failed with error number 1060

i think is the same error i got when i updated from 1.7 to 1.7.2, any idea?

It's fine.
This means that the ordering column already exists in your database.
To check, see the Language Manager=>Content tab.

I've opened (Language Manager)=>(Content) tab,
but what to check here?

I don't have other than en-GB.
I've installed the arabic language as default.

Now, the main question: i've problems in updating!

If you do not have a multilanguage site and the ordering column exists, then it is normal to have en-GB only.
You are OK.

I think that the update script launch the old update sql scripts too when you try to update your Joomla.

In my case (update from 1.7.0 to 1.7.3), I've simply deleted 1.7.0* files from ~/www/administrator/components/com_admin/sql/updates/mysql in my Joomla 1.7.0 before update with original update package.

Then the update works fine.

We are aware of this issue indeed.
Was missing an update to the _shemas table.
