I went to my page yesterday and noticed I was getting alot of error 404 i then relized in the address bar and extra /en had been added to all the address.

http://www.example.com/index.php/en/en/example (extra /en)

if i remove the /en from address bar everything work just fine

http://www.example.com/index.php/en/example (works just perfect)

please help

i also just relized is i type the address in

example.com/index.php/en/example then link on menus they work just fine as long as i do not return to the homepage if i return to the homepage i have to manually type the address back in to remove the second /en from the address

I think you have enabled the Language Filter Plugin. For a single language site, this plugin shall not be enabled.
