how i can find arabice lung for 2.5 (for content)

i upload the arabic pack from here but the content its still english

1. You are here displaying the "Content" languages Manager. This is used to create multilanguage sites.
2. If you want to display the Administrator interface in Arabic, then make Arabic as default in the same Manager Installed-Administrator tab
3. If you want to create a multilanguage site, download the pdf in my sig
