RTL and LTR Multi-language site Need help

I'm working on a website that have two languages one RTL direction and another one LTR direction, so i have issue. i want to know how can i assign different CSS for each direction. I use Joomla template

All depends on your template.
I advise you check the way it is made for the default beez templates shipping with core.
They both provide automatic css loading when a LTR language is displayed
