How to change the ADD NEW COMMENT to Dutch

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to change the text ÄDD NEW COMMENT" within a Blog Category item?
I'd like to translate it to Dutch!

ADD_NEW_COMMENT is most certainly a string related to a non core Joomla extension.
You have to check if this extension has specific Dutch language ini files.
If not, you may have to create them.

Thanx for the quick responses.
The BLOGCATEGORY in which I get that ADD NEW COMMENT link is, as far as I know, a standard 'extensie' and can be chosen directly when adding a MENU.
During my installation I have chosenfor the Dutch version, so everything else (also Joomla itself) is in Dutch. Till now only the ADD NEW COMMENT en read "MORE....." are in English.

There is NO Comment component shipping with Joomla core official distributions.
I guess you are using a specific distribution including a non-core extension, as well as a specific Template which has its own CONSTANT for Read More...
I suggest you look into this.
