Joomla Language İnstall Problem !

Copy failed
JInstaller: :Install: Failed to copy file public_html/tmp/install_504456d7464a2/install_504456d74b6cd/site_tr-TR/index.html to public_html/language/tr-TR/index.html
Package Install: There was an error installing an extension: site_tr-TR.zip

Please help me to get this error corrected.
What do I need to make the setting on the server hosting is what we need

(a) Are you using the file tr-TR_joomla_lang_full_2.5.6v2.zip from the site http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/jtrans ... ge_id=5599?

(b) It looks like there could be a permission issue. Review of the document http://docs.joomla.org/How_to_solve_Ins ... on_Manager could be of help.
