Show English and Chinese at the Same Time

I need to be able to have English and Chinese pages show at the same time.

There will be two pages, one in English and one in Chinese. They need to be displayed side by side on the same page. So effectively when you click on home it will be pulling up two separate pages.

Example:

English on this side | Chinese on this side

What do you mean by pages - you mean articles - one in English and another in Chinese. If that is the case, you could have them as featured articles and make the front page as the Featured Articles layout. In this approach, you need not use the Leading articles - just use the intro articles.
