Enabling SEF on a subdomain

Post by pjbursnall » Sat Oct 20, 2012 2:51 pm

Hi,

How can enable SEF on a Joomla install which runs on a subdomain? Subdomain name is jm25demo.

I'm looking for something I can add to htaccess and remove again when I upload the site to it's own parent domain.

Thanks,
Paul.

It can be done through core joomla itself. If you need anything extra you can check this link http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions ... gement/sef.

Mijosef looks like it's worth testing but this doesn't solve my problem of Internal 500 errors that are returned when I enable SEF (and rename htaccess) on any subdomain...
