User Accounts: Personal Profile

Hello,

I want to make a Joomla webpage where different users can log in and have access to different content. By different content I meant like when youre signing in to your email, or you facebook account, or any other account.

I want the users to submit specific forms. So when the user signs in to their profile they can see what forms they submitted and what forms they didn't. And also have the option to submit more forms.

Any suggestions/hints/tips on how this can be done?
