Joomla 2.5 print icon not recognizing print.css

Greetings.
On this page when I click on the print icon in the article, Joomla doesn't seem to be using the print.css stylesheet I've created. Instead it's using my site's template.css, which isn't what I want. On the other hand, when I use 'File > Print' from the browser, then my print.css is being used.

Is there a way to get Joomla to recognize my print.css file when clicking the print icon?

So there is no fix for this? No one has an answer?
