How to add a text tagline under the logo area in Beez5

I would like to add a text slogan or tagline under the logo image for beez5 template but don't know where or how to do that:
economicpolicyresearch dot org.

Thanks, I placed the tagline in:

TPL_BEEZ5_FIELD_DESCRIPTION_LABEL

how do i remove the underline/link that now shows?
