how to disable mobile&tablet layout

Hi
I'm using Template SJ-information.
it's great on laptop & PC, but when it comes to mobiles & tablets it's awful.
Template itself does not have any problems, but the components i i used on in, is not responsive yet.
I Tried responsivizer but it didn't met my needs in pages like this: http://agahinovin.ir/component/p30adver ... rtise.html
So I Decided to show Desktop version on mobile & tablet which is better to see.
Please help me how can I disable Mobile & tablet layout
or
setting default Desktop version on mobiles & tablets.

You can disable or control mobile version with this extension, it has Free version with most of main features http://www.
