Style, Css Error

Hello !

I just move my joomla from older host to new host. I extract old file to new host. However style did not work well in new host. But in Admin Error style is working ok.

Anybody can help ? check out my site - http://www.cambodia-tourism.org

Look at the page using Firebug or Web Developer tools (F12 - console). You can then see that status 500 (Server internal error) stops the downloading of the styles and that jQuery is not defined. Something wrong with the JCH Optimize plugin perhaps?
