With the official release of Joomla 1.7 templates are out for this version of Joomla. Some of the templates which have been released so far include those from http://joomla-mart.com also there are templates from http://linelab.org and http://joomlashake.com If you know the other sources please contribute to this topic so that it is helpful for the people looking for the Joomla 1.7 templates

I have uploaded some templates to http://www.rocksvold.com that are free for registered users. These templates work with Joomla 1.5, or Joomla 1.7.

I will be adding more soon.

I have a bunch more that I need to get a description article written up for, then posted. I will be trying to get one or two a week as a minimum added to the site.

I have been hard at work the last few days uploading templates, creating download files and articles to describe them. I have also been testing these templates to see that they show correctly in Joomla 1.5 as well as Joomla 1.7.

Hello
I am not sure if this is the correct place to be but would someone be able to help me find a simple 1.6 or 1.7 template that has a image rotator background with a menu and logo area in the middle or let me know how to covert a 1.5 template to 1.6 .
The template I would need to convert is Big Fishing by Sawyer 33451.

just bumping an old thread to see if there are any more good templates for 1.7 out there

I am looking for a clean template for a Camping Club website, ideally a collapsing two column one with a decent number of usable positions. Any suggestions welcome

Really nice templates, but can't seem to download anything. Registered for the free templates, viewed several, but for instance clicked on bottom left "Black Pearls Joomla Template" but it always takes me to the "Access to this component not allowed without subscription". I must be missing something here.
Any help?

Hi,

Am tired of searching for good joomla 1.7 free templates. Am building a travel/ holiday website and i need a template with slide show in the front page. And a drop down menu.

Spend days together on beez_20 theme only to find out later that it doesn't support drop down menu.
Somebody pls suggest me a nice template
