I have been given the task to create a site that has all the basic features of http://leerburg.com. I have made dozens of sites in wordpress but have decided I need to give Joomla a try. None of the templates I use with wordpress are anything like what I need for this project. I am hoping Joomla hasn't something that will help me save time

Any suggestions for a Joomla template that looks like http://leerburg.com?

This is a very nice template, but should not be that hard to make his "copy".
The only problem I see is to find and fit video slider at the top of the page.

I don't know a similar Joomla template. But you can find out one at http://www.joomla24.com/ and http://www.bestofjoomla.com/
