front end editor not working

I am running the Lime Green Template from: http://www.siteground.com/joomla-templates.htm

This seems to be a template issue.. back-end (administrator site) the TinyMCE and JCE editors work fine..

but on the front end when a registered user logs in and edits an article.. when they click save, all html code is removed and only pure text is saved..

figured it out..

log into administrator site
goto SITE - Global Configuration - Text Filters
Change Filter Type for Registered user from NO HTML to NO FILTERING
