Hello.

Something I've noticed about Joomla is that whenever I have some divs above my component div within the same wrapper, the component div seems to always occupy the space of my previous divs above it.

It seems to assume that they dont even exist (even though my layout is supposedly sound)! It ruins the design of the template I'm making and I'm not sure why this is happening.

can anyone show me how to remedy this?

if you use TinyMCE or other editor then do not use in your admin

chnage it to none from

Global Configuration -> Default Editor


set it to Editor - None and try to set div in Article
