If all you are looking for is website composed of just one page, with a menu that stays at the top of the screen, all you need to do is:

1. Create a menu div container with this style: position: fixed;
2. Create a featured article with anchor links (easily created with JCE).
3. Create a top menu that links to these anchors.

That should be it. Obviously, this is a super simple way of accomplishing this task, but it would get the job done. You could make it nicer by employing some sort of plugin or javascript that would make the scrolling effect look a little nicer. The default anchor link from the menu will simply jump to the link on the page, rather than smoothly scrolling there.

Good luck.

thank you very much for your reply
i am going to start searching on tose topics you told me,
but can i ask something more please?
in these feature articles can i put differerent titles inside, diffferent layout?i mean my purpose is to split the whole layout into different "pages" where i put my content, i mean i want to make a "work" lets say section, a "cv", a "about us" section etc.
so the viewer can realize that these are seperate sections with different titles etc.
can i do these with featured articles?
its like a big page that seems to the user as seperate pages that are scrolling down with the menu instead of appearing in a click
just like these site http://www.goslingo.com/
as i mention before.

sorry for my english, i hope i was understandable
thank you very much

Yes... you would create sections in your one featured article with a title at the top of each section named a certain header text (like h1 for instance). You can specify your h1 styling in your template's main css file. If you use an editor like JCE, you can specify what text should show up as h1 simply by highlighting it and selecting h1 (just like setting text to be bold or changing font size). You would then place the anchor tag next to each of these titles.

So here's a rough textual summary of how this would be structured:

Inside your Featured Article

<h1>Section Title #1</h1>#anchortag1
Content, content, content

<h1>Section Title #2</h1>#anchortag2
Content, blah blah blah

<h1>Section Title #3</h1>#anchortag3
Content, blah, blah, blah

And so on...
