Get rid of the slide-show

Hello guys!
it comes the moment that i need the wise (and free) help of the forum!

I like so much this template:

All the structure is perfect for what i need, but the initial slide-show is very huge and I don't need it at all.
I ask to the seller if i can take out it, and of course they say that is difficult and offer me to buy the custumization service (not cheap at all)

But i think that i can easily unpublish the module, right?

For me it seems that you can just unpublish it and it will not be visible. This also depends on if they wrapped the module div's with an if statement to check if the module is published or not. Anyway, if you find out that it does not work to just unpublish it then give me a shout about it and ill try to help you out.

It was as easy as unpublish the module...
But of course in the pre-sale chat they will say that modify the template is not that kind of easy in order to sell their service.. is just their work..

But stay sure that work on the template monster's template is the same as any other template!
