Do you have the JA Typo plugin? If so, unpublish it.

What was your solution to get this working? I'm having the same problem with helix3 and the free Radon template. I've made sure both the template and Helix3 are enabled and the Radon template is the default.

Frustrated! Please help!

I believe I found out from another forum that this company has a history of poor documentation and lack of support. I dumped it and went with something else. If their support sucks now, I don't want to pay them any money.

You're so right. Anyways, here is what I did to fix it.

Uninstall all the Shaper Tempates and plugins, and install only the template you desire to keep.
Enable the template as default and fire.... Yes, that is how I fixed it.

Hope this helps.

I even started from scratch and only installed the helix thing then the shaper template. Maybe it's a newer version or something.
