Showcase module error

I am not sure this is a template problem, or a problem with the extension, but my showcase module contains a flash slideshow. The header says Not Found, then underneath says "the resource could not be found". Using firebug I can see where the error is, but cannot figure out where I need to go in the back end to actually fix this. Could someone point me in the right direction?
