Hello,
I have not upgraded my Joomla from 1.7.3 to 2.5 but I would like to use CSVImproved plugin for my virtuemart component. Has anyone tried it and does it work? I need to export data from virtuemart using Joomla 1.7 and VirtueMart 2.0

I can't upgrade to 2.5 yet since this site his many modules, components and plugins that aren't compatible.

can you backup your site and put it on a localhost?

You could test away there to see if it works and not break anything in production.

Personally I would start looking at what else needs to be updated or replaced so you can get up on 2.5.4 asap.

It may work. But it depends on what API was used to code the module. Joomla 11.4 is almost identical to 11.0 which was introduced in 1.7. You can check it though. Try do an upgrade in a seperate directory and see how it goes
